Information collected
The entry form collects the child's name, one contact phone number or email address, the number of completed charts, and the confirmations made when the form is submitted.
How the information is used
The information is used only to administer weekly entries, clarify a submission when necessary, select and contact a winner, arrange the Toys4u prize, and maintain reasonable raffle records. It is not intended for advertising or sale.
Children's privacy
A child or an adult helping the child may submit the form. The contact field may contain a phone number or email address where the winner can be reached. Do not enter a home address, school, photograph, voice recording, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Online chart
The optional 25-space online chart stores progress only in the browser on the device being used. That progress is not submitted with the raffle form.
Retention and access
Entry records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for raffle administration and legal recordkeeping, then deleted securely. Questions or requests about an entry may be made using the phone number below, subject to any required record retention.
