Each time you make a bracha and someone answers amen, mark one space on your chart.

Complete all 25 spaces

Use the printed card or the optional online chart below. One full chart equals one raffle entry.

Can I submit more than one chart?

Yes. There is no limit. Enter the total number of fully completed charts in the form, or submit them separately.

Do I need to use the online chart?

No. It is only a convenient tracker. You may continue using the printed card and submit the entry when it is complete.
